These terms govern your use of SmallOps and the Live Selling Order Manager (“LSOM”), operated by Michelle Baylon as a sole proprietor in the Philippines. By using the service you agree to them.
LSOM is software that helps sellers take and manage reservations and orders from live selling sessions. We provide the software and hosting. We are not a party to any sale between a seller and a buyer, and we do not process payments.
Sellers sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for the activity that happens in your shop. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
LSOM is sold as a one-time licence. Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, no refunds are offered once delivery or access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law, or where we cannot reasonably deliver or provide access to the service because of a problem on the SmallOps side.
We aim to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service depends on third-party platforms (including Google and Cloudflare) whose availability is outside our control. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
We may suspend or end access to a shop that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully. Where practical, we will tell you first and give you an opportunity to retrieve your data.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, sales or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of your shop’s data, and may ask us for a copy or for deletion as described there.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
